How to Use This House Inspection Tool
1. Enter Property Information
Fill in the property details at the top: address, contact person, date, and time. This information will appear in your final report.
2. Use Category Filters
Click category buttons to focus on specific areas (Kitchen, Bathroom, etc.) or use renovation filters to see potential renovation items.
3. Dual Checkbox System
- ✓ OK Checkbox (Green): Mark items that pass inspection
- ⚠ Issue Checkbox (Orange): Mark items needing attention or renovation
- Request Button (Documents): Track which documents need to be requested
4. Add Notes
Click on any item to expand notes. Add specific observations, measurements, or concerns for each item.
5. Generate Report
Click "Generate Report" to create a comprehensive inspection summary. The report includes property info, OK items, issues found, documents to request, and all your notes.
Auto-Save Feature
All your data is automatically saved to your browser's local storage. You can close the page and return later - your progress will be preserved.
